Job title : HR Generalist - Compensation Analyst
Location: Nashville TN
12 months contract on W2

Hours: Core hours are 8AM-5PM (CT); Location is Nashville/on site with flexibility

Must Have Skills:

• Prior compensation or stock plan administration experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookups)
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Education: BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience: 3-5 years of experience (preferred)

Note: There will likely be two sets of interviews. First with the team lead and then the final interview will be with the manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:o Act as a point of escalation for questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problemso Instruct staff on how to advise management on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassmento Resolve disputes and administer disciplinary procedures
o Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures o Plan, direct and supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations o May represent organization in HR meetings"\nCompany Description
