Legal Operations Specialist (Ironclad Experience)

Position Our client is a growing biotechnology company that is located in the Peninsula in the San Francisco Bay Area. They are seeking a Contracts Admin/Legal Operations candidate to support their growing legal team. This role will focus heavily on ownership and optimization of the company’s CLM ecosystem, including Ironclad administration, workflow/process improvement, reporting, repository management, AI‑enabled contracting tools, and broader legal operations initiatives tied to commercialization and ERP integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong legal operations or contracts administration experience, hands‑on Ironclad expertise, and a systems‑thinking mindset. The team is looking for someone who is highly detail‑oriented, collaborative, low ego, proactive, and comfortable balancing both strategic process work and day‑to‑day operational support responsibilities. Experience in biotech/pharma is preferred but not required. Strong experience supporting complex CLM environments and legal technology platforms is highly valued. This project starts ASAP, is expected to last approximately 6 months with potential for extension or conversion, open to remote candidates, and if candidates are located near the Bay Area location, a hybrid work model is available. This is a long‑term opportunity with the potential to convert. The expected hours are 20-30 per week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $60 and $65. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
