HR Coordinator

Human Resources CoordinatorWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This position will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and serve as a resource for employees throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information while providing excellent customer service to employees and applicants.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, HR records, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.Respond to routine questions from employees and applicants regarding HR policies, benefits, and the hiring process, escalating more complex matters as needed.Serve as a point of contact between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, including health, disability, and retirement plan providers.Coordinate and/or assist with new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.Support benefits administration and employee communications as needed.Assist with planning and coordinating employee events, including benefits enrollment sessions, company meetings, employee recognition events, holiday celebrations, and retirement events.Assist with general HR projects and administrative functions as assigned.Provide support to HR leadership and the broader HR team on various initiatives and projects.Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.QualificationsAssociate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.Previous HR, administrative, or office experience preferred.Experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, HR Generalist, or similar role is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to learn and navigate HRIS and other HR-related systems; experience with ADP is a plus.Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
