Office Receptionist/Assistant From Home

Receptionist

We are seeking a receptionist to join our team working from home! You will perform clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Friendly outgoing disposition
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
