Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite position offers an engaging opportunity to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and facilitate student success across a range of school sites in the Tomball area. These roles focus on leadership and evaluation rather than direct therapy, placing you at the forefront of collaborative education teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active SLP license in Texas (CCC required)
• Experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
• Comfortable supervising SLPAs
• Proficient in completing comprehensive speech-language evaluations
• Experienced in leading or facilitating ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate easily with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and mentorship to SLPAs to ensure high standards of student care
• Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations for students across assigned campuses
• Guide the ARD process, facilitating productive meetings and collaborating on student placement and support plans
• Work onsite at designated primary and elementary campuses, supporting a dynamic group of schools
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district requirements
