What You’ll Contribute:

• Hold current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required).
• Prior experience or strong skills in educational or pediatric SLP services.
• Ability to effectively supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Demonstrated proficiency in completing speech-language evaluations for school-aged children.
• Confidence in facilitating and participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, supporting both staff and student needs.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor SLPA(s) in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Complete speech and language evaluations—helping inform student education plans.
• Lead and facilitate ARD meetings to ensure students receive appropriate support.
• Work closely with a dedicated team of special education professionals.
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school protocols.
• Focus on assessment and consultation (no direct therapy required).
