Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas state license (SLP-CCC required)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong leadership skills for supervising SLPAs
• Ability to complete thorough speech-language assessments
• Skilled in facilitating ARD meetings
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Work onsite, supporting primary and elementary sites within the district
• Provide supervision and guidance to assigned SLPAs
• Lead and complete speech-language evaluations for students
• Serve as the facilitator during ARD (Admission, Review, Dismissal) meetings
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary faculty and staff
• Manage documentation and compliance in line with district and state standards
• No therapy sessions required; this role primarily focuses on evaluation, supervision, and compliance

This is an onsite contract position, spanning the academic year with a consistent 40-hour work week.
