Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll play a key part in student assessment and communication planning, without direct therapy responsibilities.

Skills and Credentials:

• Holds a current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Direct experience in a school-based setting working with elementary and primary-aged students preferred
• Skilled at supervising and supporting SLP Assistants (SLPA)
• Comfortable with completing speech-language evaluations and formal assessments
• Proficient in facilitating ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings for student services

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor an SLPA as part of your day-to-day functions
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and compile completed documentation
• Collaborate with school staff to facilitate and participate in ARD meetings for planning student services
• Coordinate communication with campus teams to support student progress
• Manage a 40-hour onsite workweek across designated primary and elementary campuses
