Senior Manager, Oncology Commercial Learning and Development

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager to design and oversee learning programs for the oncology sales team. This role will develop onboarding curricula, manage training initiatives across multiple formats, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective field execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve onboarding curriculum for new oncology sales hires
• Develop and execute learning programs and workshops addressing field and business needs
• Manage LMS to organize, maintain, and distribute content to appropriate learner groups
• Oversee training materials through review, approval, and version control processes
• Partner with field leadership to identify learning gaps and support reinforcement activities

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing comprehensive training programs in pharmaceutical or commercial settings
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training content management
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and multiple delivery formats
• Project management experience with vendor coordination and budget oversight
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with Veeva workflows or similar compliance and approval processes
