Senior Medical Director, Oncology
Corcept Therapeutics
Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Senior Medical Director for Oncology to design and oversee Phase I-III clinical trials, provide medical oversight, and serve as clinical subject matter expert for the company's oncology therapeutic programs in Redwood City.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Phase I to III clinical studies for oncology programs
- Develop protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory documents for clinical trials
- Provide medical oversight and safety monitoring for ongoing studies
- Serve as clinical subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate on clinical data analysis and regulatory submissions including IND and NDA filings
Requirements
- MD degree, board-certified or board-eligible
- 6+ years of clinical development experience
- Oncology expertise
- Published research record in top-tier journals
- Strong clinical and scientific knowledge
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced biotech environment
