The Cedar Knoll kitchen is renowned for keeping both members and daily rate customers well-fed throughout and after a long day of golf. If you have never worked in a kitchen, don't worry, we offer on-the-job training! This position shares a tip-pool with the bartending staff due to high levels of collaboration. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for both large events and normal service. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes. Clean kitchen surfaces and equipment. Some duties are shared between the kitchen and the front-of-house, these include… Bussing/clearing down tables. Serving food to patrons. Whatever the kitchen manager may need assistance with! Requirements At least 16 years of age. Able to work by 3:30PM on school days. Independent mobility or consistent transportation. 15 hours per week (minimum). Reliable, communicative, and willing to learn. Able to cook in high-stress situations. 2-3 References – If applicable. Free golf (dependent on weekly hours). Free cart (full-time employees only).
