Synergy Manufacturing Group is looking for a motivated and dependable 3-Axis Laser Cutting Operator to join our growing team. If you have experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment—especially Mazak or Mitsubishi machines—and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Set up and operate 3-axis laser cutting machines (Mazak and Mitsubishi preferred).
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
- Load raw material and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Keep material logged and organized.
- Experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (Mazak or Mitsubishi experience is a strong asset).
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Familiar with Diamond Nest and Radan Cad Cam nesting software
