Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms experienced by clients.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatments, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mood disorders to refine treatment approaches and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
