Key Responsibilities

Meet with inventors to draft patent applications for filing with the USPTO.
Prosecute patent applications, including engaging with USPTO Examiners.
Work closely with clients and attorneys to develop and refine claim strategies.
Manage a docket of cases for clients ranging from start-ups to global corporations.
Assist with patent counseling matters such as noninfringement and invalidity opinions, due diligence, freedom-to-operate, and landscape analyses.
Qualifications

1+ years of prosecution experience.
Technical background in electrical engineering, computer/software, mechanical engineering, chemistry/biochemistry, biology, or physics preferred.
Strong commitment to client service.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth.
Flexible work arrangements with the option to work from the office or remotely.

Location: Woodbury, MN
Compensation: $135,000.00-$240,000.00
