Group Product Manager

Responsibilities Set the strategy for the entire Voice product line Manage a team of PMs across the Voice line Own the P&L for Voice, with a revenue target Build enterprise customer relationships Cross-functional leadership with engineering, GTM, design, and customer success Contribute to product strategy across Maven's multi-modal platform. Requirements 8-12+ years of product management experience Deep voice or telephony domain expertise Direct experience with telephony platforms and contact-center systems Experience owning a P&L or a revenue target Experience scaling a product line from early traction through significant growth Real fluency in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents Executive presence. Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive product management experience with a focus on voice and telephony, including P&L ownership and revenue target achievement.
