• Salary Range: $275,000 $360,000 per year, plus a lucrative bonus program (first-year bonus guaranteed at $50,000)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU caring for approximately 26 patients daily
• Manage advanced neonatal therapies, including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Total Body Cooling
• Collaborate with subspecialty support teams (Cardiology, Neurology, Hematology, and more)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient care coverage
• Engage in community-focused care promoting excellent outcomes and family support
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the NICU

What You Need

• Open to BC/BE neonatologists in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• J1 visa candidates welcomed
• Prior NICU experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
