This onsite full-time position will empower you to utilize your skills in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, where you will provide direct patient care focused on enhancing mobility and functional capabilities.

Work Environment

You will be working in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools to facilitate effective treatment. The facility is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff, encouraging collaboration and communication among the healthcare team. The typical work schedule includes Monday to Friday shifts, with flexible options of either 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical mobility, identifying specific limitations and functional needs.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans that include specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall function.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for at-home exercises to support their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, ranging from sports injuries to post-operative rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse age groups and conditions, helping each patient achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities to ensure the optimal management of patients' rehabilitation needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management software.
• Experience with specific rehabilitation modalities and techniques to address varied patient conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
