Move Strong Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Naples, Florida. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our patients. You will assess various mobility issues, develop personalized treatment strategies, and guide patients as they progress through their rehabilitation journeys.

Work Environment

Our onsite rehabilitation center fosters a positive and collaborative work culture, encouraging team input and professional development. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside occupational therapists, fitness trainers, and healthcare providers who are all focused on patient rehabilitation. The work schedule is flexible, with options for Monday to Friday from either 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, as well as the opportunity to work four 10-hour days.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and accurately document patient conditions to identify physical therapy needs and appropriate treatment objectives.
• Develop individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans that integrate patient-specific goals and promote optimal recovery outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to execute treatment plans effectively.
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with other members of the care team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment methods, recovery expectations, and long-term health management strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness and improve outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves a diverse outpatient population, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients rehabilitating from surgeries or chronic conditions. Each patient presents unique challenges, allowing our therapists to utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches that cater to various rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State of Florida Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient settings, with a focus on personalized rehabilitation.
• Experience working with diverse populations, and an understanding of age-related rehabilitation challenges.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance documentation and patient communication.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to an attractive salary, Move Strong Physical Therapy provides:
