Work Environment

The work setting is primarily onsite in our rehabilitation facility in Naples, Florida, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine physical therapy needs, set measurable goals, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with those goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment modalities based on patient progress, using a variety of evidence-based approaches to enhance movement and mobility.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring that each patient receives the necessary attention and time required for effective therapy.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic care to educate and guide patients through therapeutic exercises, while promoting non-surgical treatment options that minimize reliance on medications.
• Document all care activities accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to create holistic care plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and encourage rehabilitation success.
• Engage patients with motivational techniques throughout their recovery journey, fostering a positive and encouraging therapeutic relationship.
• Promote community wellness through education on physical health, fitness, and preventive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We focus on tailoring our therapeutic interventions to suit each patient's unique situation, ensuring they receive the most effective and personalized care possible. You will play a vital role in helping patients restore their independence and mobility, which is essential in their healing process.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Extensive knowledge of various manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to create and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices supported by current research.

Compensation and Benefits

InSearch Therapeutics offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
