This position is based onsite at our outpatient office located in the scenic area of Naples. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical history and performing necessary assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Engage effectively with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings and develop treatment goals collaboratively.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's specific needs, based on thorough evaluation and current best practices.
• Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care and addressing any changes in a patient's condition promptly.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, maintaining clear and concise records of the patient's journey.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining an accurate daily schedule and participating in departmental meetings.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and establish a positive presence in the region.
• Contribute to the development of departmental goals, complying with local regulations and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
