Work Environment

This position offers an onsite work setting within our outpatient clinic, where you will interact daily with a variety of patients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including their histories, symptoms, and functional capabilities to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer specific physical therapy interventions utilizing a range of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy techniques based on clinical findings.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, goals, and progress to ensure quality control and appropriate care continuity.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population you will serve at our clinic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Your clinical expertise will be crucial in empowering patients to regain strength, mobility, and independence. You will develop individualized care plans that honor patients' unique circumstances and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in Florida, or the capacity to obtain one before commencing employment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrated clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care and track outcomes.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions to customize treatment for different patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
