Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mobility limitations, injury history, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on clinical findings and patient-specific goals.
• Utilize advanced treatment modalities, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education strategies, to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and to promote successful recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise regimens, self-management techniques, and preventive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our rehabilitation center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist License or eligibility required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally focused on outpatient rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
