Position Overview

Movement System Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in sunny Naples, Florida. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our Naples facility, immersing you directly in the heart of our healing environment. Here, you will interact daily with a diverse cast of healthcare providers, from physiatrists to occupational therapists, all dedicated to advancing patient care. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday with flexible hours, including options for 8 AM–4 PM, 9 AM–5 PM, or condensed four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, utilizing advanced assessment tools to identify movement impairments and functional limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies and innovative therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor and track progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies as required to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical professionals to share insights and enhance comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, injury prevention techniques, and post-discharge care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current valid Florida PT License or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to foster effective patient relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, experience in outpatient clinics is highly desirable. Candidates with familiarity in using advanced rehabilitation technology and modalities will stand out. Compensation and Benefits
