Lawn Doctor’s Inside Sales Representatives are a key driver of our growth. In this role, you’ll work with a steady flow of inbound leads and outbound follow-ups, connect with homeowners, identify their needs, recommend solutions, and close the sale. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with direct-to-consumer sales, call center sales, or other high-volume call experience who is motivated by measurable results, sales goals, and uncapped earning potential.

Your Responsibilities

• Learn and apply knowledge of our lawn care, pest control, and tree & shrub programs to recommend the best solutions
• Respond to warm leads from inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
• Follow up with prospects, prepare quotes, answer questions, and guide customers through service activation
• Convert leads into sales and consistently work toward weekly and annual sales goals 
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-first approach
• Recommend additional services to address customer needs
• Build strong customer relationships to support long-term retention
• Document interactions, track follow-ups, and stay organized using CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:

Your Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Direct-to-consumer sales experience or experience in high-volume inbound and outbound calling environment 
• Confident using computers, web-based tools, email, and basic spreadsheets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
• Comfortable working towards measurable sales goals and performance metrics 
• Ability to sit and work at a computer and phone for extended periods of time

Compensation

$50,000-$70,000 annually (hourly + uncapped commission)

Plus additional goal-based incentives and a lucrative year-end bonus based on individual sales performance. 

Schedule

Full-time, in-person position Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays and overtime are required during peak seasons (spring & fall).
