Senior Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, strategic analysis, and business decision-making initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial modeling, working with large data sets, and partnering with business leaders to drive company performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budget and rolling forecast processes
  
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
  
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting and executive dashboards
  
• Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and business performance trends
  
• Support management reporting and board presentation materials
  
• Conduct scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis
  
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending and resource allocation
  
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting company performance
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  
• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, investment analysis, or corporate finance experience
  
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
  
• Experience working with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Technology, SaaS, software, or high-growth company experience preferred

Pay Details: $48.07 to $62.34 per hour
