Senior Financial Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, strategic analysis, and business decision-making initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial modeling, working with large data sets, and partnering with business leaders to drive company performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with annual budget and rolling forecast processes
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare monthly KPI reporting and executive dashboards
- Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and business performance trends
- Support management reporting and board presentation materials
- Conduct scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending and resource allocation
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting company performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, investment analysis, or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
- Experience working with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Technology, SaaS, software, or high-growth company experience preferred
