This is a production-focused role for a licensed insurance professional who is confident in sales conversations and energized by hitting goals. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred to support and expand our diverse customer base. State Farm experience is preferred but not required. If you understand how to navigate State Farm systems and production expectations, you will have a strong advantage.
