Brand Executive Chef | Modern Latin Cuisine | $150K + Bonus

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

We are seeking an accomplished Brand Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and operational execution of a premier, high-volume Latin-inspired restaurant concept in Las Vegas.

This is not a traditional Executive Chef role. We are specifically seeking a culinary leader with deep expertise in modern Latin cuisine and a strong creative vision—someone who can develop innovative menu offerings while preserving the concept's unique culinary identity.

  • Extensive Executive Chef experience specializing in modern, elevated Latin cuisine .
  • Proven success developing and evolving Latin-inspired menus within upscale, chef-driven, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance culinary innovation with authentic Latin flavors and techniques.
  • Experience leading large, high-performing culinary teams in high-volume operations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including food cost, labor management, purchasing, and P&L responsibility.
  • Brand-level or multi-unit culinary leadership experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall culinary strategy and execution for an established restaurant concept.
  • Create innovative menu offerings rooted in modern Latin cuisine while maintaining the concept's culinary identity.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing culinary teams.
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, scheduling, labor, food cost, and kitchen operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive culinary innovation and long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
  • Extensive background in modern Latin American cuisine.
  • Proven success leading high-volume, chef-driven restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
  • Passion for innovation while respecting the authenticity of Latin culinary traditions.

Compensation & Benefits
