Here at The Wingerd Insurance Agency we are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Reps to join our team. Leads Provided. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. No matter your sales experience, we'll invest in your success.

Responsibilities- Make Outbound calls to Agency Provided Leads.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Meet new business production/Sales goals and objectives as established.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Prospecting and generating new business through referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.

Is this commission only?
- No We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.
Will I have to purchase my own leads?
- No! We have no shortage of leads that are provided for our salespeople.
Should I apply if I dont currently have an insurance license?
- Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active P&C and L&H license for this position. You need to able to obtain within a specified timeframe.
