You'll work alongside a talented culinary team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences while developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.What You'll DoPartner with the Executive Chef to deliver flawless execution, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.Lead, coach, and inspire the kitchen team through hands-on leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Champion an uncompromising commitment to food quality, recipe execution, cleanliness, and attention to detail.Develop and mentor culinary team members through ongoing training, coaching, and performance development.Manage daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional organization and efficiency.Monitor food, labor, and operating costs, helping achieve financial goals without compromising quality.Assist with purchasing, inventory management, product rotation, and vendor ordering to ensure freshness and minimize waste.Maintain impeccable sanitation, food safety, and OSHA compliance standards, creating a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, integrity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of culinary management experience in an upscale, polished casual, steakhouse, or fine dining environment.A true passion for exceptional food, premium ingredients, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing kitchen teams.Advanced knowledge of kitchen operations, including food cost management, labor planning, inventory control, purchasing, and quality assurance.Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to consistency in every dish served.Ability to perform with composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest culinary standards.Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.Stable career progression and a strong reputation for professionalism and reliability.Culinary degree or formal culinary training is preferred but not required.Why Join Our Team?We're building more than an exceptional restaurant—we're building careers.
