Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime: Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM DayTime: Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial property location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with property management and/or appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas to help support authorized access, report suspicious behavior, and/or assist with directions and general information for the property. Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation related to daily activities, patrol findings, and/or customer service interactions in accordance with Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
