We're an all-day dining concept rooted in the idea that every part of the day deserves good coffee, great food, genuine hospitality, and a room that feels like yours.
We're part of Tim Ma Hospitality, a DC-based restaurant group with deep community roots and national recognition. We're not a corporation — we're a team building restaurants we're proud of, and we want our managers to grow with us.
The Role
The Line Cook is the primary executioner of our menu. You work with focus and precision to ensure every dish that leaves your station is consistent, beautiful, and exactly what the guest expected. You are a vital part of the kitchen's energy and success.
What You’ll Own
- Station Mastery: Own your assigned station from start to finish—from the first prep item to the final wipe-down at night.
- Recipe Consistency: Follow standardized recipes to the gram; maintain our high standards of taste and presentation for every single order.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a "clean-as-you-go" mentality; follow all food safety, labeling, and sanitation protocols meticulously.
- Team Support: Communicate clearly with the Sous Chef/Expo and assist your teammates when your station is clear.
Who You Are
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- A disciplined cook who respects the ingredients and the process.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and reliable.
