Position Summary As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state affordable housing regulations across a portfolio of managed properties. You'll work closely with property management teams to maintain program compliance, complete certifications, and support successful audits and inspections. Responsibilities Administer compliance requirements for affordable housing programs including: HUD Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Review and process resident eligibility and certification documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program regulations. Maintain accurate resident and compliance records. Assist property teams with compliance questions and regulatory guidance. Support audits, file reviews, and agency reporting requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to internal teams. Work collaboratively with management to ensure continued program compliance. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in affordable housing compliance. Previous experience working with: HUD LIHTC RAD programs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Desire to grow within a dynamic and mission-driven property management organization. Compensation $50,000 – $62,000 annually Compensation based on HUD, LIHTC, and RAD experience. Why Join TPMC?
