Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients effectively and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices.

• Maintain a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week, providing therapy services through individual, family, and group sessions, as well as telehealth, allowing for greater access to treatment.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with our protocols for ongoing diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.

• Coordinate with case managers, family members, and other professionals involved in clients’ healthcare to deliver cohesive and effective treatment.

• Utilize creative interventions tailored to individual client needs, guiding them in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, all seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
