Senior Benefits Manager - Self-Funded Plan Lead (Remote)

Rancho Health

Rancho Health is seeking an HR Benefits Manager to own and drive administration of employee benefits across multiple plans for ~800 lives. This remote-first role leads financial oversight, compliance, and vendor management with a focus on a 2027 transition to self-funded medical plans. You will partner with HR leadership, Finance, brokers, and vendors, overseeing renewals, enrollment, and communications while ensuring accurate eligibility and system configuration in ADP Workforce Now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
