Responsibilities Transition your book of business with full agency support. Leverage our carrier relationships and resources to grow your portfolio. Collaborate on strategic growth plans tailored to your strengths. Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation. Qualifications Proven success in commercial insurance production. Active Property & Casualty license. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term vision. Willingness to work through a non-compete with agency support.
