Responsibilities Transition your book of business with full agency support. Leverage our carrier relationships and resources to grow your portfolio. Qualifications Proven success in commercial insurance production. Active Property & Casualty license. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term vision. Willingness to work through a non-compete with agency support.
