Employee BENEFITS PRODUCER | Top Broker
\nLouisville – Lexington, KY
\nInsurance Broker seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Employee Benefits Producer with 3+ years of experience in EB sales to join their team. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n• Develop and maintain a book of employee benefits business targeting middle-market employers (25–500 employees)
\n• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the KY market
\n• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners
\n• Conduct needs assessments and benefits plan analysis
\n• Present comprehensive employee benefits solutions including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary lines
\n• Collaborate with internal teams across account management, compliance, and operations
\n• Cross-sell across Benefits, P&C lines.
\n• Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates
\nQUALIFICATIONS
\n• Active Life & Health license
\n• Proven new business development track record in employee benefits
\n• Middle-market account experience — groups in the 25–500 employee range
\n• Established relationships with employers and HR decision-makers
\n• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
\nCOMPENSATION
\n• Aggressive commission splits
\n• Base salary + bonuses, equity participation
\n• Producer contests, trips, and events
