Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be integral to our team, engaging in various responsibilities that directly influence the well-being of our young clients:

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored support for each family.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on supporting children from birth to three years old who may have disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, assisting them in overcoming obstacles while equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to nurture their child's growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license as travel may be required for home visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n
