Daily Responsibilities Lead proactive updates, property walks, consultations, and issue resolution with clients Manage renewals, identify enhancements, support proposals, and keep account information current Coordinate across Sales, Design, Build, and Operations teams to ensure projects stay on track Communicate clearly, follow through, and maintain calm under pressure Help clients understand project expectations and ensure satisfaction Required Skills 3+ years of experience in account management, landscaping, or related industry Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication Financial understanding of budgets and profitability Nice to Have Skills Experience in commercial or residential landscape maintenance Proficiency in LMN, Aspire, Buildertrend, or CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field Salary and Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Competitive Base Salary + Commission Employee Referral Bonus Program Company Information At Hidden Creek, we pride ourselves on being Central Ohio’s leading landscape design company.
