En AR Hotels & Resorts seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un/a Night Auditor a nuestro equipo de AR Roca Esmeralda , en Calpe (Alicante). Te Contamos Las Funciones Principales Del Puesto Gestionar las operaciones de recepción durante el turno nocturno: check-in, check-out, reservas, asignación de habitaciones, facturación y cobros. Realizar la auditoría nocturna y el cierre diario de producción. Revisar y cuadrar caja. Atender de forma personalizada las necesidades e incidencias de los huéspedes durante la noche. Velar por la seguridad, tranquilidad y correcto funcionamiento del hotel en horario nocturno. Participar activamente en la operativa del hotel, incluyendo servicio de desayunos, restauración, eventos u otras áreas cuando sea necesario. Contribuir a la mejora continua, proponiendo ideas y optimizando procesos. Coordinarse con los diferentes departamentos para asegurar la continuidad operativa y la excelencia en el servicio. Preparar reportes e informes diarios para los equipos de Dirección y Recepción. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, sostenibilidad y procedimientos internos. Contribuir activamente a la mejora continua de procesos y experiencia cliente. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Deseable formación en Turismo u otras formaciones afines. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares en hoteles 4* o superior. Conocimientos en operativa hotelera, auditoría nocturna y atención al cliente. Manejo de herramientas informáticas y PMS hoteleros. Castellano e inglés imprescindibles (se valorarán otros idiomas). Persona organizada, resolutiva y con gran atención al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar incidencias con criterio. Habilidades comunicativas, discreción y empatía.
