Proposal Coordinator | Cleveland, OH Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday Pay: $20/hour Employment Type: Full-time About the Opportunity ExecuSource has partnered with a leading organization to identify a detail‑oriented Proposal Coordinator to support government and municipal bid processes. This is a great opportunity for an organized administrative professional who enjoys managing documents, tracking deadlines, and coordinating across teams. Prior proposal or bidding experience is a plus, but strong administrative or office coordination experience is welcomed . Key Responsibilities Organize, prepare, and track bid documents for government and municipal opportunities Manage multiple deadlines and ensure required documentation is complete and submitted on time Assist with bid bonds, insurance certificates, vendor registrations, and other compliance paperwork Monitor email and bid portals for new opportunities, updates, awards, and purchase orders Coordinate with sales, branch teams, and internal stakeholders to gather required information Scan, file, and maintain accurate and organized bid records and supporting documentation Qualifications Previous administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar experience Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline‑driven tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Previous experience with bids, proposals, purchasing, procurement, or inventory is a plus Why Join This Team?
