Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular team meetings, including group supervision and individual check-ins with clinical supervisors, fostering a collaborative environment for professional development.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions to facilitate personal growth, healing, and improved emotional well-being.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer remote sessions or face difficulties in attending in person, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress comprehensively, adhering to organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, including adults as well as children and adolescents, providing both individual and couples therapy. You will help clients address a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, employing a client-centered approach to foster trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• Must be fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of New York.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field; master's degree preferred.

• Strong background and training to work with both adult and pediatric populations.

• Experience in providing both individual and couples therapy, demonstrating effectiveness in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a collaborative environment, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and the ability to utilize digital tools for effective patient engagement are highly preferred. Additional training in trauma-informed care or specialized therapeutic modalities will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 per year, based on experience and productivity, along with additional bonuses.
