The Quality Assurance Analyst works in the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure we manage the operations and complete required deliverables to support the customer’s mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide. This role involves and manages all tasks specified in the Quality Management Plan (QMP). You will ensure our approach to quality control, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement across all contract activities including all services, deliverables, and performance outcomes meet or exceed Government requirements, contractual standards, and applicable Federal policies. The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop and implement a comprehensive performance management and customer experience program that measures service quality, user satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. You will submit monthly performance reports detailing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), develop Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Qualifications Education and Experience 5+ years Bachelor's in IT or related field Lean Six Sigma GB Certification Secret Security Clearance Preferred Requirements ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s) Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods Standing for long periods Ambulate throughout an office Ambulate between several buildings Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds Travel by land or air transportation 10 % .
