Dharma Real Estate includes several growing brands: Visara Holdings - our commercial arm Marketing Manager Dharma Real Estate Manchaca, Texas | Full-Time | In Person Help build the future of accessible housing in Central Texas. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts across several growing real estate brands. Dharma Real Estate is a vertically integrated real estate company that has been growing in central Texas for the past 14 years. We: Acquire land and develop subdivisions Sell homesites and manufactured homes Provide in-house financing, and Manage the HOAs of the communities we build. We have hundreds of lots available and thousands more in our development pipeline. This isn't a role where you'll spend your day coordinating agencies or posting on social media. You'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our marketing. From launching new communities and improving lead generation to refining pricing and building strategic partnerships, your work will directly influence the growth of the business. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you'll have: Understood and improved upon our current marketing strategy to align with our growth goals. Increased the quality and volume of qualified leads. Improved marketing ROI through better reporting and optimization. Built strong alignment between marketing, sales, and operations. Established clear dashboards and KPIs to measure performance. Successfully launched new communities and products. Delivered a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint. What You'll Own Marketing Strategy Develop and execute the marketing strategy across our brands. Product Positioning Shape how our communities, products, and financing solutions are positioned in the market. Lead Generation Own paid and organic marketing initiatives that consistently generate qualified leads. Market Intelligence Monitor competitors, pricing, customer trends, and market opportunities. Brand Management Maintain a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint. Performance Manage budgets, reporting, KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing ROI. Partnerships Build relationships with realtors, dealers, lenders, and strategic partners that expand awareness and generate business. Leadership Lead internal marketing resources and collaborate closely with sales and operations to drive results. Enjoy building systems and improving how things work. Qualifications Required Fluent in English and Spanish. 5+ years of marketing experience. Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring performance. Strong project management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in person from our Manchaca office. Preferred Experience in real estate, housing, homebuilding, or land development. Experience managing multiple brands. Experience leading creative teams or agency partners. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary from $70,000, based on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Paid Time Off.
