Our client, a leading organization in the mailing and print manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Mail Machine Operator to join their team. As a Mail Machine Operator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the mailing and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Review incoming mail lists and mailing instructions for accuracy and completeness.
• Set up and operate high-speed mailing and production equipment efficiently.
• Ensure mail is prepared according to postal regulations, including sorting, tagging, and bundling.
• Maintain detailed records of quantities mailed domestically and internationally.
• Perform routine maintenance on mailing equipment and keep the work area organized and safe.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience operating mail or high-volume manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of mail processing operations, postal regulations, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outside of normal hours when necessary to meet business needs.
