Account Manager

Soni is partnering with a rapidly growing global SaaS organization seeking high-energy Account Managers to support and grow existing client relationships. This role focuses heavily on account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement Conduct client demos, presentations, and solution discussions Maintain strong customer relationships and retention Track pipeline activity, KPIs, and account performance within CRM tools Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success Stay current on products, industry trends, and client needs Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required 2+ years of Account Management, SaaS sales, or B2B sales experience Experience within KPI or quota-driven environments Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) Comfortable working an early schedule (5AM–2PM) Strong energy, drive, and professional presence Preferred Skills SaaS or software industry experience Experience with upselling/cross-selling existing accounts Experience in fast-paced or short sales-cycle environments Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience Compensation $70,000 - $85,000 - Uncapped Commission Structure Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
