Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are typically screened to ensure they are stable and present with low acuity issues, which allows our therapists to work with individuals who can benefit from ongoing support rather than acute crisis intervention. You will have the opportunity to select up to three demographics you wish to work with, tailoring your practice to align with your expertise and interests.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Must hold an active, independently issued license in California—no associates or interns will be considered.

• Licensed candidates may include LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or licensed psychologists.

• Possess a reliable computer, cell phone, and a dependable internet connection that supports teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on the hours worked and experience. Additionally, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus for new hires.
