Technical Sales RepresentativeAs a Technical Sales Representative you will strategically sell specific tools, technologies, and services within your assigned segment portfolio. You'll leverage your product knowledge to engage with clients at their locations (rig sites, warehouses, workshops) while identifying cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.Responsibilities:Generate and achieve annual revenue targets through effective sales planning and strategy executionVisit customer worksites to ensure products and services meet expectations and strengthen relationshipsDevelop client-specific value propositions and respond to customer needs with tailored solutionsUtilize sales technologies (SFDC.com, XAIT-Porter) to manage the complete field sales lifecycleCommunicate competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders regarding pricing, product performance, and market activitiesCollaborate with Technical Sales Manager on sales strategies, budget formulation, and quarterly account plan reviewsDeliver formal and informal proposals to customers through presentations, bids, and tender submissionsSkills Required:Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong negotiation abilities to drive margin performanceCustomer relationship management expertiseProblem-solving capabilities to address client issuesAbility to quickly gain broad knowledge of Weatherford products and servicesFinancial acumen to manage budgets and identify revenue opportunitiesQualifications Required:4+ years of Weatherford, oil & gas experience, industry technical, or operational experience6+ years of sales experienceWillingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally (10-25%)Qualifications Preferred:Bachelors Degree preferredExperience with CRM systems, particularly SalesforceCross-product line knowledgeBackground in oil and gas industry salesDemonstrated success in achieving sales targetsThru-tubing experienceIntervention/Drilling tool experience
