Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and devise individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and modalities tailored to each patient's condition and treatment objectives.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, techniques, and the importance of compliance to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Track and report patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with recovery goals and improve functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
