Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians and develop appropriate treatment programs tailored to individual needs.
• Implement effective treatment strategies across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care in a supportive and motivating manner, ensuring to adhere to the physician's plan of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through the implementation of evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, risk management, and the therapeutic process.
• Consistently meet or exceed utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, each requiring individualized care plans. Your patients will range from children to older adults, dealing with various conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and sports-related ailments. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and hold a current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records and patient management software.
• A strong ability to establish and maintain relationships that inspire trust and encourage patient engagement and goal achievement.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient physical therapy setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of diverse treatment techniques and therapeutic exercise protocols that promote holistic recovery.

Compensation and Benefits
